    I’ve used Afterburner on a number of projects and find it adaptable and fairly easy to customise. JA Purity II is a good-looking template, but a little idiosyncratic. In terms of Joomla vs WordPress I agree with the concensus opinion that Joomla is the better CMS, but that for blogging WP is superior.

    @Broadband Speed – Joomla is more a portal / community based CMS framework. WP is, IMO, better for delivering news / magazine based CMS sites.

      In my opinion – WordPress is better for blogging. Joomla is better for everything else.
