Php Nuke is good but doesnt joomla / mambo have better features ?
Also its not very visually stimulating whats the best theme’s for it ?
I agree that Joomla offers more features than PHP Nuke, but a lot of people find PHP Nuke easier to use; they’re okay with having fewer features if it means it’s easier for them to set up and run a site (a friend of mine created a site with PHP Nuke for that exact reason). I don’t find Joomla to be that difficult to use, but I figure not everyone feels the same way.
As far as themes for PHP Nuke go, I also agree that they tend to be a little on the plain side when compared to Joomla templates. However, everyone has different tastes, and some people prefer to have very simple and basic themes. I don’t have a favorite theme for PHP Nuke, but you can find free themes at Themes Base
